Called Wayne last week Friday to see if i could get my partners car that wouldn’t start in to be diagnosed and fixed, he gave me some great advice to try first as he said he was really busy, that wasn’t an option unfortunately which was not Wayne’s fault, so called him back Monday late morning and he said to get the car towed in that day and he would look at it when he has time, wasn’t going to rush him as he was busy. I get a call this morning to inform me of what the issue is and how much time he’s spent on the car which was good. By this afternoon the car is all fixed and good to go. Price was good and well explained on the work performed on the vehicle and reasons to everything. Will definitely bring my car or partners car if they ever have issues. High recommend.

Take you car here at your own peril! There’s a reason old mate Wayne can get you in the next day when most other reputable companies in the area have their books full for weeks. My car was having issues with rough idling, stalling etc after changing the battery and starter motor, a mechanic directed me to an auto sparky due to a wire getting hot. One stop auto was the only place not booked out for weeks in advance, so I booked in my car for the next day. Upon dropping it off and explaining the details including the exact location of where the wire which was getting hot was, I was informed Wayne probably wouldn’t have time to get to my car today. Fast forward to 4pm (6 hours later), Wayne calls me and informs me the issue is fixed. He was 2.5 hours into the job and half an hour left of finishing up. This was already suss as he apparently would struggle to get the time to deal with my car in the same day. Driving the car home, you guessed it, stalls at the traffic lights. His rationale for his 3 hours labour was he spent a couple of hours searching for the wire getting hot and it wasn’t until he brought out his heat scanner he found it. I told him exactly where the wire was when I dropped it off. So I’ve been stung 550 dollars for him to essentially fix a wire and not the cause of the issues I’m having with my car. I took my vehicle to a more reputable auto sparky, and free of charge, instantly they knew to relearn the idle of the car. Upon calling Wayne up to discuss the rationale for his 3 hours labour to fix a wire which would take MAX 30 minutes, I got the same speel about troubleshooting etc. Do yourself a favour and take your car and business ANYWHERE else.

Wayne has yet again professionally approached a difficult task to produce an efficient practical and prompt result. He has all the gear and knows how to use it. Thank you Wayne.

Wayne was awesome we were heading thru Bathurst and the van lights stopped working, so called into the workshop and wayne and the team got us back on our way .. service was excellent and the work completed was very thorough. You will not be disappointed using one stop auto electrical services .
